| WLS Mentor | if you find a protein powder shake that you like do you need to add other protein powder to other foods? Do they make protein powder with no flavour so you can add it to soups and drinks and stuff? I like the shake i found but i have been reminded that after surgery i may not like it so i just thought i'd check about the non flavoured powder.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | VERY early out when i first started liquids i had an unflavored powder...but i didnt like the texture. I just went about my shakes. KRYS, my shakes were good to me pre op and post op....so dont fear that. IF your so hooked on them now I am sure your gonna be fine. I used these for my pre op weight loss that was required by my surgeon and when i did atkins. ALL the best lisa

Height: | I have kinda wondered about the non flavored ones too since I have a hard time with meat right now. I am eating a lot of beans and nuts and cheese along with an occasional shake or bar. I kinda wish that I drank coffee now so that I could add it to that like a lot of you do, but that ship won't sail for me. Janae |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I have the unflavored but not very fond of the taste or texture. makes me want to . I am finding I still like the shakes the way i had it before and have tried the carnation instant breakfast and seem to get a dump effect from it so after two tries I am not going to try that one for awhile but they taste yummy!!!! |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Hi everyone. I have to say that i have used the Jay Robb unflavored powder in my coffee and it mixes very well, I prefer the chocolate whey but have used the unflavored. I still swear by this company. I have tried recently other protein powders that were not as expensive to see if my tastes have changed but nope cant tolerate them. I stick with my Jay Robb brand and love it. To me its worth a little extra. I pay $15 for 1 pound. Jay Robb Official Site - The Fat Burning Diet,* Fruit Flush 3 Day Detox, All Natural Protein Powders Little LisaMarie![]() |

5' 6" Height: | I love my Unjury. I mostly use the vanilla and chocolate but the unflavored and the strawberry are good too. They can be mixed with water, juice, milk, coffee, made with pudding etc. Kat |
