Default always napping after...

I am finding myself extremely tired after eating. I mean eating anything it could be just a few bites of sugar free pudding or a couple of sips from my chicken broth. Does anyone else have this issue? I am barely 3 weeks out and am always feeling tired after putting anything besides water in my mouth. I hope this doesn't last too long.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I was exactly the same way right after surgery. I think it was about a month before I was back to "normal".

i would say yes! but keep very close track of what it is you eat and how soon after you get sleepy. that may come in handy if the symtoms dont subside.

gie it time. you will feel good as new in a bit. hang in there

Don't forget your low on fuel, so your body is reacting to that. Keep your protein up and eventually it will get better. Hang in there!
