I am almost six weeks post op and I'm wondering if taking Midol (for PMS) is okay.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Meds list.
Meds we can and cannot take post op.
Midol is on the can't list.
Also, ask your surgeon if you aren't sure.

My surgeon said it was ok as long as it has tylenol in it, not motrin.

Midol is a blood thinner, and it causes ulcers on our new tummies, same as Advil. I have horrible cramps and have been taking Tylenol gel caps, cause they absorb quick and are small. I take 3 usually and it works, didn't before. No Excedrin either.
