I just purchased stainless steel medical bracelet and necklace. The total for both including shipping was $48.65 I purchased them from UMI - Home they engrave them for you for free. On the front of my medical bracelet I engraved: RNY GBS Patient "my surgery date" NO BLIND NG TUBE & "my name". On the back of bracelet: Hospital name, address, telephone number and my surgeon's name & his number. On the back of my medical necklace charm I engraved: "my name" RNY GBS Patient "my surgery date" NO BLIND NG TUBE, my surgeon's name & his number. |

I have several rubber band type medical alret ones, (one to go with every color outfit!) They just say "GASTRIC BYPASS" Then I also wear a silver charm that I can move to any piece of jewelry i wear that is engraved on the back and it reads... GASTRIC BYPASS NO NG TUBE W/O SCOPE NO NSAIDS All items I got on e-bay.

Thanks guys. I got one on ebay for $15 with free shipping and engraving. It looks like your basic medical ID bracelet, nothing fancy. It says my name, gastric bypass, no NG tube, without scope.
