I have officially lost 118 lbs. forever.....YES.....I was surprised when they said that that was the goal they had for me and I could maintain. NO, NOT ready to be done yet.......Will be having blood work soon,cant wait to see the numbers. My B/P was 120/64 with no meds. for over 7 months now,they were thrilled for me.They recommended 18 months out or so to look into plastic surg. But the biggy was to up my exercise, and they are right I am such a slacker,at least I admitted it to them though,lol. I saw the NUT> and got some peptalk words so to speak aand she also said not to over do vits. as we just pee them out anyway and they are so expensive. So,all in all it has been well worth the year I have had and am glad I have had all of you to share it with!!!! God Bless you all Kathy
