| liquid phase
Does anyone have any tips on what to do during the liquid phase so I don't feel so hungry? I have to do 10 days prior and I am only my third and it is taking every thing in me not to cheat. Any tips would be great. Thanks

Yes definately Doc...it was so much easier once you hit around day 5! The one thing that helped me was the broth from Wonton Soup. Now, I wont touch the stuff since I had so much of it! LOLOL Hang in there, it really does get easier! Good Luck.

The pre-op liquid diet was the hardest for me. I did 6 weeks and I have to say that it definitely gets easier. It's just a matter of will power and how badly you want to do this. Just look at it as 2 weeks of your life and it's not forever. And looking back you will be so proud of yourself! Keep yourself busy, read old posts and do anything you can to keep your mind occupied. This web site was my saving grace at that point in my journey.

Welcome Aboard..
You Can Do This!!!!!!!!!!!!
I Too Had To Do A Protein Liquid Diet For 8 Weeks Before Surgery Which Totally Sucked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Head Hunger Is What Your Probably Experiencing..
I Know That Cooking For Our Family, Serving & Cleaning Up Was The Hardest For Me, So I Assigned My 2 Oldest Kids To Help Out Alot At Mealtimes!!!!!!!!!
I Often Went Online During That Time & Hid Away From The Food...
After About A Week, I Didn't Care Much Anymore, It'll Get Easier, & Just Think You'll Loss Some Weight Before Surgery Which Decreases So Many Risks...
Pm Me If You'd Like...
Lol,
