Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Does anyone have any tips on what to do during the liquid phase so I don't feel so hungry? I have to do 10 days prior and I am only my third and it is taking every thing in me not to cheat. Any tips would be great. Thanks

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | The pre-op liquid diet was the hardest for me. I did 6 weeks and I have to say that it definitely gets easier. It's just a matter of will power and how badly you want to do this. Just look at it as 2 weeks of your life and it's not forever. And looking back you will be so proud of yourself! Keep yourself busy, read old posts and do anything you can to keep your mind occupied. This web site was my saving grace at that point in my journey.
