hehehee. im pretty tall i guess and still losing. i dont change it on here but i am actually 4 lbs LOWER than whats reflectd in my weight on here. i have learned to wait to change it, as i do "bounce" from time to time.
i guess my "concern" is that at a year out i should be able to eat more. i am still confined to about 5 ozs total per meal. eating 6 times a day has me feeling like a bloated pig so i cant even maintain that. im just curious.
oh i posted in another thread my "goal" weight set by my surgeon was 180 which i blew right past. my pcp states i should be 170

if and when i get up off my lazy butt to train for a physical aptitude test, i will most probably lose even more because i have to run...which will leave me where in another 6 months? LOL!
in terms of what to add, i dump off the craziest things. im fine with table sugar, but fruit and white carbs, and fat set me off. i dont know how im going to do this....
