Default Gas Pain?

Doc I woke up this morning with the worst gas pains ever took gas X still not relieving the gas, I know its my own dang fault I ate spaghettii twice yesterday once for lunch and once for dinner, I am pretty sure the pasta is causing the discomfort but is there anything else I can do to relieve the gas pains? My stomach feels like a balloon

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

naughty naughty naughty girl. Why did you do that to yourself? Keep drinking and drinking, get that stuff through. I didn't know we could take Gas X. I love my heating pad, do you have one, it really really calms things down. No more pasta, bad bad.

When I get a bad one I lay on my side or tummy if it lets me so it helps it alot to pass both ways. Im sorry you feel bad honey. Wow on how pasta does that to you.

This is going to sound weird but it really does work. It is a remedy from "back home" as my father says (Egypt). I don't know if you have it in Hawaii but there is a spice called fenugreek. It is inexpensive....You boil a tablespoon with 1-2 cups of water. Let it come to a boil. The water becomes yellow. Add sugar or sweetener or else it will taste like crap. Drink it like tea. I swear it works wonders. You can also do the same with cumin seeds or fennel seeds but cumin seeds are a bit hard to take if your not used to it. Just my two cents.....I hope you get relief soon.

Awww((((((HUGS)))))))
Sorry, I haven't been on earlier.
How are you feeling now?
Heating pads can help ease the pain if you have one lying around.
I hope you'll be able to get "your" food soon. So, how about teaching the kids to eat what you eat instead of you ending up eating what they eat/want?

I am feeling better...The kids do eat what I eat thats why I ran out before payday..thats the prob too....so I had to resort to the old fashion stretch meals, like spaghettin that can go more then 1 meal. Anyways 1 week to payday and then its on I am gonna stock up big time
