| Please help with legs
I am going crazy here. I dont know what to do. I have really bad restless legs these days. My nurse is at a conference so there is only one for everyone so if it is not an emergency we are suppose to wait until our nurse returns. They are so bad that I can not sleep at night. I toss and turn. I try streching and try walking back and forth. I can not stand it. Any one have any ideas how to get rid of this or what vitamin I am laking?
Thanks

Did you just have surgery? It looks like last week - are you on pain killers - they made me jittery. Doc might have a suggestion. Good luck.

You could be low on potassium if you are still early out due to not being able to get everything in.
I think it's okay to call your surgeon's clinic, since you are still less than 2 weeks into this game. In fact, it's best to call rather than trying to figure it out on your own.

Oh I feel your pain...I remember that all too well. I think that I was a little further out than you are though. I was at the food stage where I could eat a banan everyday. Then when I was allowed to swallow pills, I started back on my Vit E. Def call into your surgeons office for some advice.

As doc said it could be your potassium levels. I had this issue following 2 of my surgeries and that is what the cause was. Dont mess around and give them a call and hope you feel better. Keep us updated.

Yep, does sound like potassium is too low. I believe there is a pill to take? Not 100% sure but do call the doc. Kathy
