Same here, 15-20 minutes, and that is with conversation! I am always the last one to start eating and the first one to finish.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Just don't forget: YOUR POUCH IS NOW MUCH SMALLER THAN YOUR MOUTH.

Soft foods like a sandwich and berries don't take much time at all. If it were steak or some type of dense meat it will take longer. I am usually up and clearing my plate from the table while DH is still chowing down.

I Take About 20-30 Mins By Spacing Out My Different Food Choices...yogurt 40z Takes Aboout 5 Mins, Take A Rest About 7 Mins, Then I'd Eat My Sf Oatmeal With Ff Milk Very Slowly, Another 10-15mins Cause Its "heavy"

I Do Try Hard To Stick To The Rules As Much As Possible, But When I Get Busy Or Don't Pay Much Attention, I Do Tend To Eat Too Fast, & Believe Me, I Pay For It, Either It'll Come Back Up; Or I Won't Feel Good The Rest Of The Day............................................... .

Lol,

I dont always take 30 whole mins but I do try to stretch it out because I wont be hungry if i do it this way.
I too have to have sips with my food. I tried so hard to go without, but had nothing but problems and pain. I take my time to eat, but definitely don't make it to 30 minutes. It usualy take me 15 to 20.

I need sips with my food too. I dont take that long either. I eat till its nothing and take small bites. I just wonder sometimes if my pouch is as small as its supposed to be..lol.. Sometimes I can eat only a little then other times I can eat a lot or what seems like a lot anyway. I never did get a full feeling so I have to be careful because I end up in pain instead of feeling full.lol
