Default nervous about not losing the weight

It just has hit me that I am going through this surgery, Im now a little nervous that I wont lose this weight. I am now walking 1.8 miles a day and still staying on the 1200 cal a day diet. I have been eating those smart ones that are microwaveable. They are satisifying my need for different foods with out the hastle of adding up each ingredient. Is walking going to be enough for the first few months after surgery. Also my hubby is all for the surgery, but now is nervous that I will look way different and not pretty to him! Any suggestions.

Thanks!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

(((HUGS))) What you are going through is very normal. You will loose the weight as long as you stick to what you are supposed to eat and exercise. And for now, yes, walking is good. As you get further out, it gets harder to loose and you will need to up the exercise. You are doing great so far and just keep yourself on track and you will loose.

No matter what you do right now in the first couple of months, you are going to loose. Your body is so used to having so many calories and now you cannot do that as hard as you try so you will loose.

Don't stress. Your doing great.

all ur thoughts are normal...
i walked the first 3 months and did light swimming
then 3 months out i was cleared to go back to
the gym and did that thru the winter months.
YOUR going to be a success just relax and enjoy
this healthy journey.

As for your hubby, well i hope he loves you for the person
you are inside! NOT the outside stuff!!!! GOOD LUCK I think
he is more worried that other men are gonna start checking you
out when your skinny. ITs hard on our partners ....

GOOD LUCK

jessica, your thoughts are normal. We have ventured into the land of the unknown. I too am worried about my weight loss and the ability to keep it off. I tell myself everyday I am better off health wise than I was yesterday, and it's true. It keeps me going towards a better tomorrow.

Jessica, your thoughts are perfectly normal, but you will do fine, and I'm sure your DH will be very happy with the results.
