| Not enough protein
My doctor says I need to get 45 grams of protein right and 60 later. Can anyone adv how they are getting theirs in, when they were at this phase? She said if I had more protein I may lose more weight. I am not suppose to do protein shakes yet but I can do sugar free carnation instant break but it is pretty gross but I tried calculating and I think I am only getting about 30 a day. I am at 4 tablespoons per meal.

How come you can do sugar free carnation - but not protein shakes?
If you are still somewhat liquids - try 'unjury' chiken broth/protein (on line).

Unjury Chicken Soup is a godsend. It tastes good and feels good on the pouchy too.

Prostat 64! I absolutely hate that stuff NOW, but I wouldnt have made it through without that. I used the Cherry flavor and added it to my Cherry Limeade drink.

i think if you can sip broth, unjury might be the best bet. they have sample packs so you can taste it without buying the whole tub. UNJURY Medical Quality Protein Supplement: High Protein Supplement Uses Whey Protein Isolate. Great tasting whey protein supplements!
i swear i lived off their shakes at one point. its smooth and easy to sip. i like the broth still sometimes because its warm and my pouchy like warm stuff better than cold.

i did the carnation instant breakfast for awhile too, it is hard at first to get in all the protein but it falls into place...why the no protein shakes?
