Everyone seems to be different. Salads are okay for me. I have them probably once a week and they are very little lettuce cause I get filled up so easy, they are mostly protein, on top of lettuce like meats, cheeses, good veggies, then a little lettuce. I have a hard time with those mini carrots. I use to love those, they god down rough. Can't tolerate corn on the cob anymore either. Salads are great though.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I love salad and I eat it when I am hungry for it. I like romaine and caesar light dressing but I only have a small amt but it satisfy s my salad cravings.

I absolutely love salads!! I eat them occasionally with chicken, onions and crumble turkey bacon over it with ranch salad spritzer. It's sooo good. It seems to do alright for me most of the time. One thing may sound gross but honestly it taste awesome...I mix turkey chile with black beans, red onion and melt a little cheese over it. Oh so good. lol Anyway just so you know it's loaded with protein. Good luck.

I have a salad for lunch every weekday at work. Maybe a cup with less than a tablespoon dressing. I have some sort of protein to go with it.
