When you are counting calories, are you counting the days worth? Or are you using the calories you burn when working out as well? Like if I eat 1000 calories and burn 300 at the gym am I saying, 1000 or 700? These are just numbers, Nut has not had me counting calories yet, just trying to get in h2o and protein. Which I am still having issues with! ugh

Counting calories is counting the total intake per day. In other words, the amount of calories per day that you get from food. In speaking of calories that are spent, it is, as a rule, referred to as "expenditure".
