Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Oh and I forgot to ask if I should try to go to the gym more. I have been lacking at that also. I still go and waitress five days a week.

stalls happen and it sucks!! but if u stick to the plan they will break...the smaller you get the harder it is to lose...and yes going to the gym makes a HUGE difference!!! good luck!!

The dreaded stall can last as short as a few weeks up to a month...but..........when you arent losing pounds you lose inches. Keep up your protein and water and yes working out will help too, just hang in there

Yes, it't the time you lose the inches, actually.
((((((HUGS))))) Hang in there, and stick to the program including exercise.

My stalls usually only last a couple of weeks but believe it or not it is when I'm not losing that everyone comments how small I'm getting. So...you are losing inches. Stick with it and the pounds will follow.

stalls vary. I agree that it depends on how close to your goal you are. My last 10lbs have taken forever to loose because I am very close to my ultimate goal. I loose 1lb every 3-4 weeks, instead of every 3-5 days!

During the rapid weight loss, stalls always led to inches being lost and that when I would drop a pant size!

You are still changing your body everyday...never doubt that!
