Default Night sweats ... Post-Op Five Days

I have been having night sweats since I got home. Last night I was up every hour, taking off and putting on clothes. Chills even with clothes and sheets on. I end up sleeping in until 9am. Now I am behind on mymliquids, grr. Another issue.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Yup. I had the same problem for the first few nights home. Now I'm just always cold! Are you still taking any meds? Taking your temp to make sure you're not running too much of a fever?

Yep- me too. Was told it was from all the meds coming out of my body or what not. It stopped within that first week though. If not give your doc a call.....

Coming off meds can cause such reactions, but hypoglycemia also can cause them. It's less than a week since your surgery, so your body will still be geared towards higher intake, and not yet adjusted to the low intake post op, so your blood suger may get too low several hours after intake.
