Amen to not remembering ever being that skinny. The lowest weight as an adult that I can remember was about 165 and that was about 12 years ago and I had been very sick for about a year to get that small. I think I will be happy at 160 but my surgeon wants me to be 140. I think I will let my body decide.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

which bmi chart are you looking at? 119 is walking dead...i've never seen or heard of that for anyone 5'9" thats crazy.125.3 is underweight and considered anorexic. healthy bmi is 18.5 to 25 which falls within the weight range of 126 and 169 for someone 5'9"..not saying i am an expert or anything but what chart are you looking at??

ps here here on the feet and hands. my foot is an 11.

I'm also "big boned" which I know is what fat girls usually say to justify being fat but in my case it's actually true---I wear a size 10 shoe and I have large hands--on Seinfeld they called them "man hands"...lol

As a child I was super skinny AND tall AND just bigger than everyone else which made me a target for bullies as you can imagine but that is a story for another day..

My lowest weight was 155 and I looked really good--not too skinny at all so if I could get there I'd be pretty happy.

I can't remember off hand. It was some site I got off Google. But just based on my frame, 118 would be way too skinny.

According to fitday (I just checked) the lowest I can go and not be underweight is 126. Still, even that would be too skinny.
