Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Do as your surgeon says
He/she's the one who has the most experience with their own patients.
There isn't really much difference, but it would be better to choose products that have been developed with the bypass patients in mind--the amount your body needs daily is not different from non ops, but some of the absobtion maybe lower, and also, limited food intake can have you lacking in vitamins that we don't need in a large amount, but isn't included much in food either.
Chewables, swallowing make no difference either. It's just that chewables are recommended for those early out because your pouch hasn't recovered yet, but after that, makes no difference.

I just like chew ables so I get them when ever I can. I get mine from puritans pride I also get a powdered daily vit from there. But in the end like Doc said go by what your Dr or nutritionist tells you and you can talk with them as well they may be open to other things if you talk to them. Like with my powdered vits, I used them all the time when I was first out of surgery and I sent her a link to the site where I get them and she checked them out and said they would be fine for me to use.

I like the liquid gel caps now...they are easier to swallow. Now that we are taking as many as we do a day! LOLOL
