Have you also noticed that after we've lost big amount of weight that our facial stucture has changed and become I dunno maybe strange?!

I think I look like a shark, too many teeth in this face size?!!! LOL they never looked too many when I was fat?!
what do you think?

You look beautiful! I think we just aren't used to seeing our facial features so much- my nose looked HUGE for a while there but now I am getting used to it. Now my chin looks HUGE! We don't have the fat to hide behind anymore!

Things that won't change size: things that have calcium as the most important material for structure--in other words, bones and teeth.
So, as you lose everything and become smaller, your bones and teeth remain the same size, increasing in ratio to your body--and the change in proportion results in the change in the perceived appearnace.
