Honey you lost your best friend. Your oulet. The thing that didnt talk back to you. It let it have its time all of it if you wanted. Food. I thought that was the silliest thing I ever heard of the first time I seen someone state it but its true. But in reality it wasnt your friend it just let you eat it until you had to stop. Didnt feel better but you were full. That I think is what your missing. Dont worry it will soon pass. I promise.

Vickie, I cry at the drop of a hat too and I haven't even had the surgery yet. I know I'm depressed about how heavy I am and that I can hardly move around anymore. Any little thing sets me off. I wonder if others were like that before the surgery too.
