Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I have a question for the Doc. Flector Patch, ok or no? It's an NSAID, but it's not an oral medication so I was thinking it's ok.

OMngG i have been taking them for back pain. Why not? By the way I have become addicted to caramel sweets and eat them instead of food because they dont give me discomfort, but I am not losing weight. Is this normal?

Because it can put you at risk for ulcers.
Ok you are from the UK but caramel sweets...is that candy? And if it is yes that would probably stop you from losing weight! If you are having trouble keeping food down you should really speak to your surgeon about that.

I cannot take any NSAIDs because after years of taking them for back pain they started to have negative effects on my kidneys. So I was switched to Tramadol (usual brand name Ultram) which works well. My only problem is if I take it after 2:00 PM it keeps me up all night. But this is not a common side effect.

I have a question. I have a really itchy case of poison ivy. I know benadryl is ok, took some last night. Someone told me that I may need to go to the doc for a steroid shot if its really itchy because it may have gotten into my blood stream. I thought steroids were a no-no. The person that told me this is also a GBP patient, so is she right?
