Default Doc....I have a question

I have been doing a complete body nutritional cleanse. I have lost about 40lbs but lately my weight has been going up but my % body fat in going down. When I first started my % body fat was 72.4% but now it is 51.2%. I have dropped 2 sizes in my shirt size and 1 pants size. How is this possible when my weight is not going down?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Of course it's possible. Queen, you are building muscles which weigh far more than fat at the same volume. This is a GOOD weight gain, as muscles are the body's major furnace--the organ that burns off calories. So, what your body is doing now is rebuilding itself so it is more calorie efficient and so will be efficient in burning off the extra fat. It's the same thing that the post ops go through when they are stalling--the body is building muscles so in the end, you will be able to burn off more calories to help you maintain the good weight after you lose everything you need to. Once your body's finished adjusting, you will start losing again, so be patient.
And on this note, I need to get ready to go out to the gym for my exercise fix
