Default Water makes me thirsty??

I have had a problem with water my whole life. I try to drink only water, but the more water I drink, the more dehydrated I feel. I have never figured this out. Water literally only makes me thirsty. I drink and drink and drink and as the days go by, my mouth gets dryer and dryer. I think it is only my mouth that is actually dry and that I am not actually dehydrated. But, I hate the that feeling because it makes you think you are dehydrated. Does anyone else have this problem or know why it happens?

Sometimes I wonder if I may have a mild case of Sjogren's Syndrome which can cause dryness of the mouth and eyes. I just don't know what it is. I do have a history of autoimmune problems, so that may be a possibility.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

It could be. Alot ofthe medications you were placed on in the hosptial will make you feel like you have cotton mouth also. What I have always advice is to get those ice pops and get a bowl. Swirl it throughout your whole mouth to mositen it up. Especially the tounge. I because it will melt and you can eat it so quick i placed mine in a bowl. To use. It helps youget fluids in also. There used to be alot of people asking this very question and this is what we found helped us the most. I hope it works for you.

Could be Sjorgren's.
Other thoughts.
Is the problem with plain tap water? Bottled spring water? It might have to do with electrolyte balance, have you tried adding a pinch of salt in your water and see what happens?
