i guess my water intake has leveled off . since i began weightoss ive done the 4 16oz bottles a day maybe more, i was ting like a race horse day and night, like 2 weeks now ive went to a trickle, so ive kinda went to maybe 2-3 bottles a day. im getting this like if im noe ping it out where is it going, i dont want to drink a lot if im not getting rid of it, is it going towards weight gain? should i continue with the 4 a day anyway? how can i p more of it out? am i worrying too much? this is the stupid questin area , right?
