I plan to use Jay Robb egg white protein because I am lactose intolerance. Is this a good choice or should I use somethin else?

Hi, all I can tell you you might try soy and I know it comes in the light. Good luck.

I ran out but I think that Nectar brand has no lactose and it is soooo good(chocolate truffle flavor). You can look it up online or in store at Vitamin Shoppe.

Muscle Milk is lactose free. So is Silk.
