Default 'Breaded' Foods?

I'm several weeks away from this obviously but... I understand that bread is a tough thing to digest... how mush of an impact does the 'breading' on something have? ie. eggplant is usually breaded in eggplant parm... is that digestable eventually?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

For close after, the breading has nothing to offer you, just empty carbs when you need protein. Further out, it's still not all that good. The breading absorbs a lot of the grease from the fryer, and some things are breaded much heavier than others.

I will (not very often) eat something breaded when unavoidable, and it has no short-term effect on me. I just don't care for it any more, and most often will break or strip it off.

Now if we're talking about breading like a corn dog - fuggedaboudit!!

Soon out of the surgical shoot you want to stay away from breaded foods, as CT said. After a while you may find that you don't even like breaded foods anymore. I used to love homemade bread, pasta, pizza, carby foods. Now, I can't stand the taste or texture of those foods. I make, in the opinion of many, the best darned homemade chicken noodle soup on the planet. You guessed it...I don't like the noodles anymore. Your tastes will change so much it really is a wait and see situation for future foods.
