Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass    |  dietary supplement zinc  Hello everyone, I am trying to get some info on zinc. When i got home from the hospital i was required to take zinc tablets. I managed to get one down and within 10 min i was so violently ill for 4hrs that i have refused to take another. I have stumbled on to a liquid called Aqueous zinc it is manufactured by Biotics Research and I was wondering if anyone here is familar with it . I am somewhat afraid to take it thinking that i will have the same reaction as the tablet form. Any info that you have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Cindy

Cindy, the only thing you can do is give the liquid a try. We need zinc only in a very small amount, but it's defficiency for one causes loss of taste. Easy irritability is sometimes reported related to zinc defficiency, too. If you can't take them in the individual form, check out the multivitamins, since many of them also have stuff other than vitamins. Have you taken a look in our eStore?
