Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I was allowed by my surgeon sugar free jello on my clear liquid stage. GOOD LUCK! as long as you can see thru it its okay... I found for me in this liquid stage warm broth was the best for me!!!! AND it was 90 degress hot when i first came home from surgery. Was healing. GOOD luck linda....!

| Well, the girls got to me first about the jello, lol With the broth, I used swanson beef broth mostly, low sodium. I couln't stand the smell of the chicken broth for some reason. I loved drinking that because it tasted like you were having a bowl of beef barley soup at the time. LOL I had to be on clear liquids for 3 weeks post op, so I dreamt of better things to be putting in my mouth at that time. I would also use a buillion cube with a cup of hot water to. mike |
