CRYSTAL LIGHT! okay towards water count SUGARFREE KOOLAIDE, PROPEL, Protein SHAKE, anything liquid is countable towards your daily. FOR me my surgeon likes grand total of liquids to 64 ounces. I always try to exceed when i can never can have to much liquids. EARLY post op it wasnt easy too. YOU might want to check with your surgeon on this....but mine counts it all!!! hugs

Yes, I am getting hungry, and I wouldn't recommend the ice cream. lol Even though, where I work, it does count for intake of cc's. It is true though, like everyone else said, liquid is liquid.mike |
