At a year out, I don't think you are expected to lose more than 1/2-2 lbs/week. Some weeks it will be half pound, some weeks you will find 5 off. Don't be expected to lose at the same break-neck speed as when you were first post-op.
That being said, keep journaling your food/exercise so when you are stalled for >4 weeks, you can see where you can make changes in your routine.
Like Doc said...stick to the rules. Slow and steady wins the race.
