Default i need advice

well i am over 12 months out now and i have had this issue for the last like 4 months or so...and that is that i will lose like 6-9 lbs in a week and then "BAM" it stops dead in its tracks. i teeter on like a lb or so....like right now i am 266 from the 265 that i posted, and it moves from 266 back to 265 every other day....i dont understand....i walk the dog daily and do extra walking if possible...i snack at work, and not ALWAYS the best things, but like some fat free pretzel sticks or something like that....i know that i need some more protein, and i drink water all day....so i have decided that i have a bowle obsession. meaning that i feel i need to go to the bathroom religiously every day. at least once....and i feel like if i dont, i will gain weight....im not sure if this is something that i need to talk to someone about...i never worried about this before.....((p.s...i bought greek yogurt yesterday, gonna try that now)) wish me luck and hopefully doc will have answer....

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

You're right on schedule. A year out means that the speed of the loss will slow down, but it will continue to go on in humps and bumps, so long as you stick to the rules. Don't worry, you're doing fine.

At a year out, I don't think you are expected to lose more than 1/2-2 lbs/week. Some weeks it will be half pound, some weeks you will find 5 off. Don't be expected to lose at the same break-neck speed as when you were first post-op.

That being said, keep journaling your food/exercise so when you are stalled for >4 weeks, you can see where you can make changes in your routine.

Like Doc said...stick to the rules. Slow and steady wins the race.

I agree with the above. Yep hitting the year does slow things down a bit however I seen mine slow and pick up and slow etc. You do have to follow the plan still no matter what. They are right. Your gonna be fine.
