Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I guess thats a tough ting to answer.
FOR me im a daily BM goer and sometimes
more then once.....i am to regular in this
area. VERY common for the high protein
diets to mess with this. AS for colon
cleansers i would see what your surgeon
suggests.
I know first thing of choice my surgeon suggests
to patients not going...is water water water and
then to try smooth move tea!
SORRY im not sure i helped here much!

its a very natural way of releasing a BM...from what i here, i have never had to use it ....but you have a cup of this tea at night before bed....
and in the am you go very natural with no emergency or cramping
issues......
I believe its available at GNC stores.
HOPE you have them near you!
THATS usually the first suggestion
my surgeon gives and its always raved
at the support meetings. I must say i
dont have this issue and never tried it.
GOOD LUCK!
hugs!

Thats the worst feeling in the world. We all have our own patterns nobody can compare to another. There are many remedies to try but speak to your surgeon first , want to make sure the plumbing is ok too. I dont have this issue often but the time i did, i sipped the good old prune juice and a small dose of MOM overnight and i was good to go...literally. But always speak to a doc before trying anything... good luck Hope everything COMES OUT OK....
