Default to little room for so much food

I had my 3 month visit with my surgeon yesterday and he says that i need to start adding more foods into my diet (veggies grains and friuts)! My question is how do i continue to get in the suggested amounts of protein if i have to start adding these foods? I barely get in the proteins that i need each day. On a good note everything is going very well and i don't have any major issues

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

start by eating high protien SOFT food ei: fish then you don''t have to try and get in protien supplements. I'd stay away from grains then tend to cause me dumping syndrome. As far as fruit and veggies eat fresh chew lots!!! and remember eat small ei: 3 baby carrots. Thats good fiber.

(((HUG)))) you will get the hang of it ...
just take your time and add just a little bit.
FOR me i started having like a chicken salad
or tuna salad with finely chopped veggies
in it to get going on more stuff....
YOU will get the hang of things
your doing wonderfully
keep up the great work .
I know for me veggies give me
trouble but most likely cause
i dont chew them well enough
hugs
