Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Dry skin often causes itchiness. You aren't the only person.
Here are a few old threads on the subject. Hope this helps.

I had horrible dry skin. I went to the dermatologist last week and he told me to use Cetaphil Restoraderm. It is pretty expensive ($14/bottle), but is well worth it. I am so happy to announce I have no more burning skin!! Put it on 1/2 hr before bed and it will do wonders.
