Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  Diane, I am excited for you, I remember all too well how I felt. I am 12 days out today. My surgery was 3-27-07. I am down 19 lbs now and got into an outfit today that I haven't worn in years. I am totally off both my N & R insulin completly and taking 1/2 my oral DM meds and will probably be off them before long. I feel terrific. You will too real soon. This site is the best ever. I love it here and find these folks are my friends. Good luck, I will be thinking of you.
