Default How much is to much of Vitamin C?

I read TONS of great information about vitamin C last night. I read it helps control lipids, cholesterol. I read that it loosens fat and makes it easier to be flushed away.

I was wondering, I take a multivitamin daily, if I took an additional 1000 mg vitamin C, and ate some vitamin c foods: apples, broccoli, beets, carrots and etc....

WOULD THAT BE TO MUCH? I mean, what is the worst that could happen with to much Vitamin C? Does anyone have any information?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Vitamin C is water soluble. This means that whatever extra or leftover there is, is thrown out with your pee, so you never need to worry about how much is too much.
