Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Default I am in the same boat

Christy,

Wish I had magic words, but I don't. I am in the same boat. I make myself eat, or at least get in my protein requirements. I drink at least 2 protein drinks.
I experiment with foods. One day it is user friendly, and maybe not the next. Ok, so I try something else. I am told, it will get better. I keep foods i know I do well with around. And if I nibble, I nibble. At least I know I am getting my protein and vitamins in, and fluids.
I am only 6 months out, how far out are you from surgery?
Let me know I can help more....I'll just help cheer you on.
Blessings,
tami

I go through phases.

Today I was massively hungry all day long, but yesterday I had to completely remind myself to eat.

Kinda wack sometimes.

Default Christy, how long since your surgery?

Yesterday my stomach was upset over the same turkey meatballs I ate the night before. Had a horrible eating day. So today I am taking things easier. Hey, you never answered my question Christy, how long has it been since your surgery?
Blessings,
Tami

you are thinking pretty hard about all of this.

I would encourage you to relax a bit and let your body continue to adjust. You will go through ebbbs and flows....

You are going to be just fine.
