Default Hair and "girl" question...

First I didn't have my period because I was too fat. After losing about 50lbs, my period came back (for a few months--very regular). Now that my total is 70lbs weight loss, over 7 1/2 mos., my period has STOPPED again. I've been VERY regular my whole life, unless I weighed 225 or more. As soon as my weight was even slightly lower--problem solved. Not now though.

What do you think the problem is? I'm only 42. I don't think I'm having menopause...

Also, my hair is falling out in fairly large quantities. I've seen other posts about this, but am not sure what it's from because 1) I dye my hair, had an "oops" and had to re-dye w/in a 24-hr period; AND 2) no hair is coming out of the top/short part of my hair, only the back/sides--super long part of my hair. ???

What do you think is the likely cause of THIS? My diet, the hair coloring, something to do w/having long hair for the first time in many years? It doesn't feel thin even though it's falling out in brushfulls.

Other than that, I'm feeling really good and doing great. Hope you are too!!!
XOXO

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Both are due to rapid weighloss.
While obesity causes irregularity in TOM, so does "extreme" and rapid weightloss. Point in case, anorexia patients often have amenorrhea (loss of TOM) as a result. Once your weight stabilizes, it will come back.
Hair loss is also caused by rapid weightloss, not the surgey itself. It doesn't matter what method to lose weight you choose, it's the "extreme" weightloss that disrupts your metabolism, and cause all sorts of temporary issues.
