Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

First off, welcome. This is a great place for advice and support. What one person hasn't been through the otehr one has.
It sounds like about 20#s a month...that is the pace that I lost at. Everyone has different rates that the body looses. Just do as you Dr. prescribed and you can't go wrong. I had and still have the fear of eating too much, wrong thing, stretch thing. The further out you get and the more you understand your new tummy, the less this will happen.
Everything that your going through sounds pretty normal to me. Hang in there. You are doing well and will be in twoooooterville before you know it.
Keep posting and visiting. We all need each other!

Awww its so normal to start worrying but you have a wonderful tool
and it will work.

We all loose differently......check out this thread to see how me and my friend lost completely differently. SHE has caught up to me now in looseing just took her longer...so relax follow the eating plan set out
by your surgeon! FOCUS on protein and water and you will do fine....!!!

Welcome to the board, thank you for joining us.
Relax, take a deep breath, you are doing very very well.
No need to worry so long as you are abiding by the rules your surgeon set for you.
Granted, there will be bumps here and there, neither is the ride easy, but that is all normal too.
Everyone loses differently, and just about the only thing that is the same is that so long as you take good care of your pouch and use it wisely, you will one day very surely reach your goal.

((((((HUGS))))) May your journey go well.

Awwwwwwwwwww!!! I think you're doing GREAT as far as the speed of your weight loss. If you think about it, you would probably never lose 43 lbs in 2 MONTHS!!! That's a pretty fast pace.

I know we ALL are in a hurry to get the extra weight off (I'm stuck at 208 right now and soooooooo want to be in the 100's!!!) BUT sooner than you think you will have broken that barrier of the 200's!!! YAY!!! I LOVE busting those boundaries.

Relax. Follow your meal plan. Know that the weight will come off.

XOXO
Mya

You are doing very well. Slow is GOOD!! Just do as the others say and take it easy on your new stomach. It will treat you right and the weight will come off. Your doing great!!! One last thing does your dr have you exercising?
