Not that I am aware of.
In all honesty, I don't really recommend the 5DPT either, as that way of thinking=something to "fix" you= is your old diet mentality raising its ugly head.
If you feel you have gotten off track with your eating, plan your meals ahead, measure your foods, journal them, and make sure that your daily intake is within the limits that are good for your health.
Throw out all the *trash* food from your home, keep on the good ones. When you go grocery shopping, shop only along the perimeter of the store, as it's the inner isles that hold the tempting junk stuff.
