Default starting over...

I was wondering if any of ya'll out more than a year know how to start over? I guess maybe the pouch test might be the way, but I am kind of in a funny place.
I eat mostly greek yogurt, cheese, chili, & salads w/ some chicken on top. I guess i can say i am stuck/addicted/most eat slider foods & don't know how to start to get back on with whole foods.
Anyone else out there like this? I've not gotten to my goal or even 100 lb loss & feel kinda sad, but trying to stay upbeat.
Thanks ya'll!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Check out the Gastric Bypass Recipes - Weight Loss Surgery Forums - RenewedReflections section, and start out with the crock pot recipes, and see how it goes.

You are preaching to the choir with me. I am in the same boat. Although I will say my body is much improved. I have not made goal or hit 100lbs either. That being said I am generally happy. I do get down when I read other posts. I have been dieting since forever. I have not been at this weight in 20 years so I try to give myself a break. Sounds like you are eating good stuff. But not enough so you start to snack on carbs and slider foods. That tends to be my issue too. I just finished the pouch reset and I have control over carbs again. It is a struggle because they of course were a favorite. The other thing that is helping is posting what I eat. I think twice what I eat if I have to post it. Go back to the basics you can do it. If for no other reason than to protect what you have lost. Losing more would be ideal, but holding on for dear life to what I have lost is most important. Take care.
