Lately my lower back has been aching. I'm about 4 months out and it's driving me nuts. Any suggestions on how to make it go away? Tylenol doesn't help. I've been stretching it but that only helps for a short time.

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery. Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
Sometimes when we lose weight our center of gravity changes and the load on our muscles changes. I had that happen when I was pregnant and again after I gave birth. The aching went away after a week or so.
You may have had some back damage when you were carrying excess weight. Once the weight is gone, the *fatty cushion* that helped *prop up* your back isn't there any longer, and your muscles aren't yet strong enough to support your back.
It's best to consult your dr just to make sure there's no real damage.

I have had the same problem but mine started after the vascular surgeon put in an IVC filter in my femoral artery to stop blood clots,my lower right side has ached ever since.I am going to see about having it removed.
