Yeah, I don't think you have enough at breakfast. Have you tried cereal? or oatmeal? I find I am much content when I have one of those for breakfast. I usually put some wheat germ on it too. Not sure if you eat fruit yet, but later you can...Raisins or dried cherries on the oatmeal and some banana on the cereal. Check cereal labels, some Kashi products have 13? grm of protein. You can also get it at Aldis..Milville brand. just check the label. Good luck.
