Default UGH.. hungry day...

I am working so hard to keep things in check but today I am hungry, stomach growling hungry and I shouldnt be.

Yogurt - breakfast
cheese stick - snack
tuna and tomato - lunch
32 oz of water so far.

I worry so much that this wont work... specially when I am in a stall.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

You might need to start trying something more solid. The yogurt won't stay in the pouch long, and tuna is pretty wet so it may slide out of the pouch quickly too. Try some scrambled eggs and see if you feel fuller longer.

Yeah, I don't think you have enough at breakfast.
Have you tried cereal? or oatmeal?
I find I am much content when I have one of those for breakfast.
I usually put some wheat germ on it too.
Not sure if you eat fruit yet, but later you can...Raisins or dried cherries on the oatmeal and some banana on the cereal.
Check cereal labels, some Kashi products have 13? grm of protein. You can also get it at Aldis..Milville brand. just check the label.
Good luck.
