Unhappy I seem to be stuck again...so I am doing my shakes

Hey,

I seem to be stuck again! Seems like I go down 10 lbs and get stuck and down 10 and get stuck! Grrrr.

Plus, my migraines are kicking my butt! It does make it so I cannot walk on my treadmill. Which does put a damper on things. I haven't walked in over 5 days. I was hoping to do it today but my head is okay and I am afraid to stir things up!

Anyway, I am doing shakes today with my 1/2 a banana in it. And I was thinking about doing it for several days to kinda shock my system and get things moving again.

Any thoughts?

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

MOTO!!! I am finding the same thing, it's ten pounds off, then stop. Repeat. I too have hit another stall- dammit! It's all good, keep moving- and I find when I really up the protein and knock off the carbs some it helps. We'll bust this dang thing together. BTW, I ran the Yeti Chase today, almost froze but it was fun!! You'll have to sign up for one when you're feeling up to it. Take care
