Default GNC AMP Protein????

Ok, I went to GNC to try their protein and was told by the sales guy that the amp wheybolic extreme 60 was what I needed. However I bought the strawberry and when I tried it, I dumped. I seem to do ok with the chocolate though and with so many different types of protein powders (AMP had like 4) I wasn't sure which one I should be using because I know some are designed to put ON weight???? Reading the label for the wheybolic it is very low in carbs and sugar and high in protein, but with the dumping I wasn't sure if it was the wrong stuff or if my pouch just didn't like it? So if any of you who use AMP could shed some light for me I would appreciate it..... I hope it is the right one cause I spent $60 on it and it is the best tasting and easiest to drink that I have found. At least the chocolate is, I wont be doing the strawberry again though.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

my surgeon wants us to use a specific one - bariatric essentials (I think that's right)... my sister said she prefers isopure and it has more protein per scoop than mine - I don't know if I'll switch - want to talk to my doc first, I don't want to mess things up.

I use the GNC 100% Whey Protein in vanilla flavor that way I can add frozen berries or something like that too it. I like it because it's not grainy.
120 calories
2 grams sugar
2 grams fat
4 grams carbs
21 grams protein

I have used the GNC 100% Whey protein too..not bad, but I like the Unjury Chocolate better.

I'm not familiar with the amp wheybolic extreme 60 but if it has 60 grams of protein in one serving you need to remember that our bodies cannot absorb that much in one sitting. I think it's suppose to be around 25 - 30 grams at a time spread out through the day.
