If it persists, ask your surgeon, and you may also need a consult with an orthopedic surgeon. (((((HUGS))))) May your journey go well. P.S. Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  | Lower Back Pain I just had an epidural steriod injection for my back pain AND IT IS GREAT! The doctor also prescribed (at least temporarily) Lyrica. I am nearly pain free all of the time. Shalom LeVine RNY Gastric Bypass 11/2005
