Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

HI ANIKAY55...
welcome to the board and welcome to the looseing side!

I look forward to getting to know you more thru your posts......
as for the protein drink in a tube, i cant think of the name of it
off the top of my head, but i know i had a sample at a support meeting
of that stuff and for me was to sweet for me post op.

I would either check out the sites estore or a local GNC store for a protein
drink that you like. I wouldnt buy large quantities if you can avoid till
your sure you like one. As everyones tastes vary when it comes to a protein drink ...

GOOD luck and my best wishes to you for a speedy uncomplicated recovery!
hugs

Welcome to the board, thank you for joining us.
Congratulations on joining the Loser's Bench.
You're still very early out, and yet to have a filling to adjust your band, so don't worry too much at this stage about protein, give yourself a couple of weeks there, and concentrate on getting in the fluids you need to.

(((((((HUGS)))))) May your journey go well.

It is called New Wey Protein. It comes in like three sweet flavors and two protein stranghts 25 and 45 grams per tube. You can get it at GNC or Vit shops.

Good luck!

Questioning your decision while you are still early out is quite normal.
You don't wake up from the anesthesia with all your excess weight gone (though you would like for it to be so) so, here you are, unable to sooth with food, losing your best friend, and not yet have something else to fill that place. It's tough.
But, if you look through other threads and posts, you'll see that just about everyone feels that way when it's still not easy to see the positive results from your surgery.
Take things on one day at a time, make it through one day at a time, and you will get to where you need to be for your health.

((((((HUGS))))) May your journey go well.
