Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

NOT uncommon....
i stayed off the bread and carbs my first 12 months
but i have done it since that point.
YOU will find some meals you can eat more then
others ...some times three bites you will be full
it just varies with our pouchies!
KUDOS!
and keep up the great looseing!

I still remember the first cheeseburger i had post op. I was so scared ..however i took half of the bun off and just ate half the bun . I did fine and still do fine with cheeseburgers! I just try to take off the bigger half of the bun....Keep up the good work.

I too was questioning my abilities the other day. everyone kind of let me know that we all have our limits which is true, just be carful with the carbs when experimenting. they might make you dump <-- learned that the HARD way

I tried to post early this morning but it all stalled out and didn't go! urgg.

there always seem to be a point between 3-6 mos where it's like the pouch relaxes some and suddenly you can eat more than the few tblsps. of food and it's very SCAREY!!! omg! the surgery didn't work, I'll be the ONE who regains everything, etc flies through your mind..

but hey..it's normal..I still find at the 5 yrs out & the open stoma that in the mornings I can't get much down & then later in the day I can get a lot more down at once. Then I'll have crazy days that I can't hardly eat but a few bites at a time and I'm full, the next day I feel like I eat all day big amounts (for me)..Or worse I'll have days where every time I eat it feels like I"m gonna vomit it right back up!

Like Little Lisa said the one thing is just to make sure to get rid of the BUN!...bad carbs bad bad EVIL Carbs...

--bree You're doing great hon! don't worry !
