Well, Lisa is right about the carb deficit brain fog, too.
Our brain cells can use only glucose, except in certain instances of emergencies, for energy, and nutrition-wise, the recommended amount is at least 130g per day. This may seem too much for you, but if it's lower than 50g, that's too low, so try to bring it up to 100g for the time being.

Incidentally, don't ever stop the Qs, keep 'em coming, as this is another way for you to keep on track.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Yes honey check with your Drs. Now I still say anesthesia. Especially if you have ever been put to sleep before ever.

Hey Kenya,
I am two weeks out and have noticed I have memory loss too, and my husband has made comments about me forgetting as well... I thought maybe the pain meds was doing it. lol
I just read a phamphlet in the doctor's office about vitamin B12 deficiancy--and one of the signs is memory loss. I just got my prescription for the B12 to start my shots, however I'm only 2 weeks out so I would assume I can't get deficiant that fast.
Have you started your B12 yet??

Hi Lanie
I have been taking b12 (sublingual) ever since i came home from the hospital so i really dont think its that (for me) I think it might be carb related honestly. I am going to try to add some carbs first before i panick lol.
