Default Sciatica and hip pain?

Hello all,

I realize that I'm still morbidly obese, BUT my BMI has dropped 9 points. What's up with the hip and sciatica pain? Is it the increased exercise. I try to keep up with Hanadi, but I'm probably only exercising 2h a day. HELP!!! It's driving me bonkers! TIA

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Awww, ((((((HUGS)))))))
You most likely had back damage from your weight pre-op, but the symptoms only became apparent because you are able to move around a whole lot more with your weight loss.
Best to consult your PCP and get a referral to an orthopedic surgeon. If you can get it under control through proper back braces and PT, that's the best, pain meds sometimes cause trouble with both your pouch, and being addictive, so if you can manage without them, that's the best.

Hope you'll be able to have it under control shortly.

I Had this as well - before my surgery - I went to a chioprater and had acupunture. It cured it along with no vacuuming - lifting- and a firm mattress. No lying on a couch - only bed rest. Garda Ontario.

Sorry you have pain. It's probably something you are noticing now that you have lost some weight. have you seen your dr? it might not be serious but its always good to let them check it out.

I can relate to this. I have noticed since I have not been as active that i was a few months ago that when i get out there and walk longer than ussual or anything for that matter I have bad hip pains. I do not notice it at first and i usually relate it to just getting those muscles back to work.
I goes away but comes back from time to time.
Lets just hope for you it is a easy to figure.

Yep have it checked. Your body will always tell you to slow it down when your overdoing it.
