Default Protein powders and chemicals.

If you pros could look at your cans for me and tell me if .... the protien powders have many chemicals in them? My joints do not do well what so ever with many chemicals that are added.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I guess its going to depend on which brand you buy and which brand your dr suggests. I've seen lots of people start off on the UNJURY and the ISOPURE. i think when you start getting into the instant breakfasts and stuff like that you have to watch for splenda. But the bodybuilder stuff (lol) like the ispoure doesnt have that in it. I never thought I'd ever be drinking "muscle man" shakes in a million years LOL!

LOL. Nor I LOL.

Lisa I can see myself doing the ready made to. 10 Hours a day at work and then a total of 2 hours a day driving back and forth. I really hope that this reaction I have to these chemicals will stop with my joints one day. So the carnation instant breakfast has somthing like splenda? I didnt realize that.

I cant say for sure. I dont have any. But i thought the no sugar added one had some artificial sweeteners in it. Sorry for misleading you if I'm wrong. I dnt use it because you'd have to drink like a gallon just to get the required protein for the day (exaggerating) but the protein grams are low so i never used it. i've been sticking to the isopure mostly. I like to take double shot of protein (50g) in the least amount of liquid because i get full REALLY quick still. Occasionally, I might buy something ready made and add the unjury to it for a boost. I also add that stuff to my uddings and yogurts and sometimes soups.

i got this one cup mixer from walmart FABULOUS!!!!!!! I'm lazy too, BUT I've noticed i feel better with blasts of protein here and there so its nothing for me to add a scoop to this or that. I really hope you find something you like MsVickie. It's SOOOOOO important that you get it in.
